Stena Bulk has sold half of the 116,000-DWT aframax tanker "Stena Arctica", built last year, to Finland's Neste Shipping, that also takes the vessel on a ten-year charter.
   "Stena Arctica" is the world's largest tanker, built to highest ice-class and is the largest vessel in the Swedish-flagged fleet.
