Fantasy kolaroi proomun kanssa

Carnival Cruisesin Fantasy kolaroi proomun kanssa ja sai  runkoon vaurioita.

Carnival's 70,367-gt cruise ship "Fantasy" (built 1990) has been delayed in sailing from New Orleans, after it was hit by a barge on Saturday.

According to TradeWinds, the incident happened in the Mississippi River as the cruise ship approached its home port after returning from a cruise.

Carnival said a commercial tow barge lost control and collided with the river bank, then struck the port side of the "Fantasy".

There were no reports of any injuries to passengers or crew, but there is said to be some damage to the "Fantasy"'s hull.

Even though Carnival said the ship was fully operational, a statement said it was unlikely that the ship would sail as scheduled.

However, a preliminary assessment is said to have determined that it was safe for passengers to remain aboard while repairs were made.
